B needs to provide the Credit certification。
B needs to choose a best time to Buy at least 4 tons for smoothing cooperation under the Agent price.

Min quantity. 1)B needs to sell 100tons at the first 12 months,and B needs to add 5 tons to the total quantity of former year.If B does not finish this quantity, Then A Can terminate this Agreement at the end of the month which B is proved not to finish the quantity. Payment: For FCL, 50% T/T advance before production, 50%T/T balance before the products leave DongGuan Factory.
For LCL, 100% T/T advance before Production.
Delivery: B can enjoy the priority of Production and For the quantity of 1*40” container, the production days is 15 days. For the quantity of 1*20” container, the production days is 10 days.For the quantity of less than 1*20”container,the production days is 7days.
Packing: Cartons.
Printing: A respects the requirement about the shipmark or printing of B.
Sample. B should use its own technical conditions to satisfy the requirement of Client, If B needs sample directly form A, the sample must be accompanying with the placed order or B afford the postage of sample. Agent range. After signature of this Agreement,A definitely appoint B as the Sole sale agent in the specified region.and A provides the formal sole sale agent certification to B.The HUAYU Products is speficided to 5 layer coextrdud polyolefin shrink film.Other products of HUAYU is not under this agreement.
Management Marketing
B needs to promote and effectively sell the specified products in specified region .All the clients in the specified region,Anyhow potential or non-potential must be to be in touch with B in In the specified region.A can not establish another agent in In the specified region. Marketing Report.
B needs surrender the marketing report to A every two Months, the report includes the sample ,price,sale situation,advertisement. B needs keep the seceret of the information which is provided by A. B sells A’s agreed products only in The specified region, other regions is probihited.If B sells Agreed products to Other regions, Then A can terminate this agreement and apply 10% fines of the total Value of all sold products. If B finds the Agreed products Sold in In the specified region.B needs to provide some information to A.A needs to handle this matter and assure the agreeed products are sold by B. B can not sell the identical products of other supplier under this agreement.

The present agreement is signed in two copies,Both parts declare to have received one copy and that this corresponds accurately to the commercial relationship agreed between HUAYU and Distributor.
